Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At ClicknSeat, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all users.

If a customer chooses to cancel a booked ticket, they will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket amount, provided that the cancellation request is made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellation requests received within 3 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.

All cancellation requests must be made through the official ClicknSeat platform or via the communication method specified at the time of booking. Once a cancellation is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing period, subject to payment gateway timelines.

Please note that booking fees, convenience charges, or payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. ClicknSeat reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the current policy.
