ClicknSeat is a digital event booking platform and does not offer or deliver any physical tickets, products, or goods.
All tickets booked through ClicknSeat are issued in electronic (digital) format only. Upon successful completion of payment, customers will receive their e-ticket via email through their registered ClicknSeat account, depending on the event and communication preferences.
Since no physical items are shipped, shipping charges do not apply, and there are no delivery timelines or courier services involved. Customers are advised to ensure that their registered email address and contact details are accurate at the time of booking to avoid any delay or non-receipt of digital tickets.
In case a customer does not receive their e-ticket after successful payment, they should contact ClicknSeat support with their booking reference number for assistance.
By using the ClicknSeat platform, users acknowledge and agree that all ticket delivery is handled electronically, and no physical shipment will be made under any circumstances.
